Duncan Miller
Duncan’s accounting background includes more than 20 years working with one of the “Big Four” chartered accounting firms before moving on to private practice. His core experience is focused around general taxation advice and accounting compliance services, including preparation of annual financial statements.
Duncan’s specialty services also include asset protection, business growth, succession planning, mergers, sales and acquisitions and management accounting.
He has extensive experience and specialist knowledge in the formation and administration of trusts and has a strong interest in developing business and asset structures tailored to meet the specific circumstances of each individual client.
Duncan’s clients are a diverse group of small to medium-sized private organisations across a range of industries, including a large number of clients who are involved in residential and commericial property investment. Duncan firmly believes that maintaining a close working relationship with his clients is essential.
Outside of work Duncan enjoys surfing, skiing and has a keen interest in sailing.
Toni Miller
Toni has a background in both commercial accounting and chartered accounting. From a young age, Toni was bookkeeping for a number of family member businesses including motels, service stations and even a go-kart track.
After graduating from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Toni spent a number of years working as an in-house accountant in various industries including food and beverage, marketing, wholesaling and retailing.
In 2001 Toni then moved to a chartered accounting role with one of Auckland’s large accounting firms and since then she has been assisting clients in many different industries.
As Toni has had exposure to a wide variety of businesses, she is able to assist with many of the practical day-to-day issues faced by all business owners. She particularly enjoys working with clients to assist with improving their accounting systems and processes. She enjoys travelling, outdoor activities and spending time with her family.

Rebecca Serrato
A Xero certified advisor, Rebecca joined us in 2011 after gaining her New Zealand Diploma in Business with Accounting focus from the Manukau Institute of Technology, graduating as one of the top students. Originally from the Philippines, she lived in Hong Kong for many years before coming to New Zealand.
She loves spending her free time reading a good book and hanging out with her niece.
